Users who have verified their accounts will get the "verified" badge. 7.2 You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by contacting our customer service team for assistance. All unused Credits can be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

7.3 Save as otherwise expressly provided in any additional terms governing the use of specific services, for non-fee paying Members, we may cancel or suspend your use of our Services at any time at our discretion, without cause and without notice.

7.4 Your right to use our Services and your Account may end once your Account is terminated and any information you have stored on our system may no longer be available to you. It is therefore important for you to maintain your own archive of information at your choice.

7.5 When a Member of the Website becomes unable to continue using the Services due to death or loss of capacity, their legal representative, or lawful heir may contact us to process the Account closure.

7.6 If you have subscribed to any other products or Services for which payment is necessary, you remain responsible for paying any amounts due on your Account at the time your Account is terminated. If you are participating in any free promotional offer for accessing other Services of the Website, you must cancel such Services before the end of the free trial period to avoid incurring charges.

8. Credits

8.1 To use the paid features of this Website, you need to purchase credit ("Credit"). Credits are a virtual currency purchased with real money. You can obtain Credit by paying via credit/debit card or any other method our Website may accept as payment of account subject to our Refund Policy. All charges of our Services are denoted in units of Credit unless a particular currency is specified.

8.2 Price of the Credit is subject to change from time to time, without any notice to you. To get the current pricing of the Credits please go to the Account settings area. The new price will apply to your next purchase of Credit after the adjustments have been published on the Account settings area. You agree that by continuing to purchase and/or use the Services following the adjustments of the price, you accept the new price.

8.3 Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, after which they will carry no value and cannot be reinstated.

8.4 We engage third-party payment service providers to handle payment transactions. We may change these third-party payment service providers at any time, and the payment methods available on this Site may be added or discontinued from time to time. Please note that we are not a payment institution and do not process your payments on our own behalf.

9. Cost of Service

9.1 You may need to pay to use certain Services. This requires you to purchase Credits, which will be allocated to your Account in return for Services to be rendered. Click here for Service Price.

9.2 This Site reserves the right to adjust, without notifying users, whether a Service requires payment and the pricing of such Services.

9.3 If there is no Credit available in your Account, you will be subject to the limitations of the Services unless you elect to top up Credit balance in your Account. For certain payable Services where Credit is not an accepted method of payment, Services become limited or unavailable to you if you have not committed to the required transaction.

9.4 Elite Members may utilize this Site's Services free of charge under specified conditions. These Services may include (but are not limited to) the following, which are subject to potential modifications:

- Exchanging mail correspondence;

- Engaging in online chats;

- Sending virtual gifts and stickers;

- Sharing personal photos and videos.

10. Refund & Chargeback

10.1 In the event you believe that we have charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days after such charge. No refunds will be given for any erred charges which are more than 90 days old.

10.2 If you have a reasonable refund request or any questions regarding transactions on your account, please contact our customer service team directly to handle refund applications. In the vast majority of cases, submitting a refund request to us can resolve your issue more quickly while allowing you to provide more comprehensive evidence to support your claim. Our team will review your refund request (along with any supplementary materials and evidence) and process it as soon as possible.

If you initiate a chargeback through a third-party institution without contacting us first, we will be required by the third-party institution to disclose all and/or any private communications sent or received through our Services to prove the legitimacy of the relevant transactions. In such cases, our Privacy Policy will not restrict such information disclosure. Moreover, this type of process involves the card-issuing bank, the acquiring bank, and the ultimate card company. Resolving refund claims inevitably requires significant time and effort from the relevant parties to conduct factual investigations.

10.3 We recognize that there may be justifications with certain chargeback claims but equally there are ones wholly without merit, sometimes to the point of being malicious or fraudulent. Fraudulent claim is a criminal offence for which we reserve the right to complain and invoke prosecution by law enforcement agencies, during which process we will provide details of the complainant’s personal information, card authentication details, record of communication related to our Services or other Users.

10.4 As a matter of compensation for our efforts in investigating the claim, you hereby agree that should your claim be found fraudulent or malicious, you will pay us an amount by way of liquidated damages comprising of :

- all relevant disbursements paid by us to third parties;

- US$125 per month from the commencement to full conclusion of the claim;

- 5% of the subject amount of the chargeback claim.

Such compensation be effected with priority by way of set-off from the Credit (currently at the equivalent of 1 Credit = US$5) available from your Account with us.

10.5 Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy on our Website forms a part of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend or alter our Refund Policy at any time, and changes are effective upon being posting on our Website. You will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the Site after the new Terms has been posted.

12. Services by Third Parties
