You will not be entitled to any refund of any used or unused Credit (defined below)/funds upon any breach of these Terms by you.

7.2 You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by contacting our customer service team for assistance. All unused Credits can be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

7.3 Save as otherwise expressly provided in any additional terms governing the use of specific services, for non-fee paying Members, we may cancel or suspend your use of our Services at any time at our discretion, without cause and without notice.

7.4 Your right to use our Services and your Account may end once your Account is terminated and any information you have stored on our system may no longer be available to you. It is therefore important for you to maintain your own archive of information at your choice.

7.5 When a Member of the Website becomes unable to continue using the Services due to death or loss of capacity, their legal representative, or lawful heir may contact us to process the Account closure.

7.6 If you have subscribed to any other products or Services for which payment is necessary, you remain responsible for paying any amounts due on your Account at the time your Account is terminated. If you are participating in any free promotional offer for accessing other Services of the Website, you must cancel such Services before the end of the free trial period to avoid incurring charges.

8. Credits

8.2 Price of the Credit is subject to change from time to time, without any notice to you. To get the current pricing of the Credits please go to the Account settings area. The new price will apply to your next purchase of Credit after the adjustments have been published on the Account settings area. You agree that by continuing to purchase and/or use the Services following the adjustments of the price, you accept the new price.

8.3 Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, after which they will carry no value and cannot be reinstated.

8.4 We engage third-party payment service providers to handle payment transactions. We may change these third-party payment service providers at any time, and the payment methods available on this Site may be added or discontinued from time to time. Please note that we are not a payment institution and do not process your payments on our own behalf.

9. Cost of Service

9.2 This Site reserves the right to adjust, without notifying users, whether a Service requires payment and the pricing of such Services.

9.3 If there is no Credit available in your Account, you will be subject to the limitations of the Services unless you elect to top up Credit balance in your Account. For certain payable Services where Credit is not an accepted method of payment, Services become limited or unavailable to you if you have not committed to the required transaction.

10. Refund & Chargeback

10.2 If you have a reasonable refund request or any questions regarding transactions on your account, please contact our customer service team directly to handle refund applications. In the vast majority of cases, submitting a refund request to us can resolve your issue more quickly while allowing you to provide more comprehensive evidence to support your claim. Our team will review your refund request (along with any supplementary materials and evidence) and process it as soon as possible.

If you initiate a chargeback through a third-party institution without contacting us first, we will be required by the third-party institution to disclose all and/or any private communications sent or received through our Services to prove the legitimacy of the relevant transactions. In such cases, our Privacy Policy will not restrict such information disclosure. Moreover, this type of process involves the card-issuing bank, the acquiring bank, and the ultimate card company. Resolving refund claims inevitably requires significant time and effort from the relevant parties to conduct factual investigations.
